Frecciarossa - Rose' Extra Brut Spumante (Pinot Nero)Elegant wine obtained from gently pressed Pinot Nero grapes. Double fermentation and 14 month ageing on the lees. Pale ros colour with visible and persistent perlage. On the nose it is delicate and vibrant with notes of wild strawberry and red flowers and a final note of fresh spice and Seville orange peel. On the palate it is inviting, rich and well balanced, with a crisp acidity and mineral overtones in the long finish. Producer:
