Straka Stratos White 2023Organic farming. A blend of old Hungarian clone Welschriesling (majority), Riesling and Chardonnay. All stainless steel. Hand harvested, native yeast, fined with bentonite (clay), unfiltered. Minimal sulfur at bottling. Multi layered, mineral driven, fresh acidity and elegant. A fresh and fruit driven dry aromatic white wine. Lemon drop, white flowers and notes of pear.
