Even with many years of experience, the process is slow, and only a small number of baskets can be woven each day. It takes almost a week for each basket to dry before firing. Very Sturdy Forks

These forks are very sturdy and similar in quality to Dixie heavyweight forks. They are hard plastic, not maleable, so they hold up well to hot food and can be used to "cut" foods such as lasagna. Good product.
